We were celebrating our sons bday. From the time we entered until the time we left a "TIME" was had! We were greeted promptly, our party was accommodated. We brought in outside food (cupcakes) with no issues. Our waitress was friendly and comical. Our Chef was great! He was comical and very interactive with us. He made the night very fun for us and the birthday boy. The traditional shrimp catch was played between brothers and became a competition 😄 They sang happy birthday and brought out a pineapple boat with an umbrella. There were several other birthdays there as well which added to the experience. 10/10 would go back again. The food had great taste, not much additional seasoning was needed. Great environment, great food, great experience, great night! Not one complaint!

Today birthday my Daughter. We get coming last week try the food. My daughter she very like chef Daniel and she want him cooked for her birthday. We make appointment with him for today.. And we waited for an hour, but he still didn't show up. And when I asked why, they became very angry with us. The last time I visited, they asked if I wanted a pineapple and the "Happy Birthday" song, and I agreed; however, today, no one asked or even reminded us if we wanted them. The staff seemed rushed. It was a truly terrible experience today—we didn't receive anything at all—and I didn't get a single apology from them.

When I went this time the wait was unusually long. We had a bit of a wait for a table and then a bit of a wait for our chef once we got to the table. The service was good overall and I'll continue to keep going.

My family and I were really looking forward to this experience, but unfortunately it fell short from the start. From the moment we walked in, the vibe felt off. We were seated in a corner, somewhat separated from the rest of the guests, with a poor view of the chef. Even though there appeared to be other seating options available, the placement felt questionable—possibly intentional, though I can’t say for certain. Unfortunately, it didn’t get better from there. While the chef wasn’t rude, he was not engaging or interactive, which is a big part of what makes this type of dining enjoyable. The experience felt flat and lacked energy. Service, however, was where things really missed the mark. Our waiter was not attentive or efficient, and to make matters worse, the plates provided were dirty before any food was even served. Additionally, there was no clear adult vegetarian option on the menu, and no kids vegetarian option either. We later learned they are priced the same, so it would have made sense to be offered the larger portion from the start—something the waiter should have communicated. Sticky tables, elbows literally stuck to the surface, and even the pepper holder was sticky. Gross. Nothing felt clean. We came in as a party of six to cool off and enjoy hibachi, but it was 81 degrees inside! Bathrooms had no locks. I asked for a knife and was told they do not have any. A restaurant with no knives. This place badly needs a makeover. Even the wall art was crooked and no one seemed to care. I feel bad for the staff working in these conditions. When you are spending over $50 per person, you expect more. I usually leave positive reviews, but this was a mess. I will not be coming back. Leaving this review in hopes they get things together. They are in a prime location and have great potential. I genuinely wish them the best. I will change my review if they ever get things right.
